This summer, Northwest College will host its 34th annual Yellowstone Summer Music Camp on the beautiful Northwest campus in Powell, Wyoming. Students come from around the region and have the opportunity to perform in both concert and jazz bands and choirs. Special interest classes include master classes in all instruments, jazz bands, jazz choirs, music technology, drum circle, chess, frisbee golf, boom whackers, fun & fitness, and many others.
Students are supervised in the residence halls from Sunday afternoon through the end of the camp on Friday afternoon by a team of counselors. Evenings are filled with a variety of music recitals and recreational activities. Band students must have completed at least one year of middle school/junior high band.
Registration deadline is May 14th.

Camp Check-in is Sunday, June 13th. Check-in times are staggered by grade your camper will enter in the fall:
2:00 pm | entering grades 9-12 |
2:45 pm | entering grade 8 |

Registration deadline is May 14. A non-refundable deposit of $155.93 is required at time of registration, and will secure your camper’s placement.
The remainder of balance can be paid in full during check-in on first day of camp, June 13. Please either mail a check (payable to NWC Music Camp) or bring a card/check to pay remaining balance during check-in.
Only one scholarship will be accepted, and scholarship recipients will see the award deducted from the final balance due during camp check-in on Sunday.
School Booster Club awards may be stacked on top of scholarships. Parents are responsible for verifying availability of booster club awards with their school’s music director to receive one.
If scholarship and award money total exceeds amount due for tuition, NWC will not pay out cash value. However, leftover balance can be put toward lesson costs.
