Please register for the festival by filling out the following form with as much detail as possible for your ensemble. You will need to submit a separate registration for multiple groups.

Please watch your email inbox for a confirmation message after the form is submitted and for additional festival information from NWC.

At the time of the event, please provide the Festival Office with your music score copies for our adjudicators. Director packets will be available at the END of the festival and will include your final invoice (if applicable), adjudication comments, any certificates and your returned score copies. NWC will mail any packets left behind.

The fee for registration is $300 for Jazz Bands/Jazz Choirs and $200 for Jazz Combos.

This includes a 20 min warm-up slot, 20 min performance slot, and 20 min adjudication slot. After completing the form, please pay through the links at the bottom of the form (you will need a credit card).

In the event of a cancellation, please notify NWC via an email to music@nwc.edu or by calling 307-754-6425 no later than February 25th. NWC will bill school districts for registration fees if cancellation requests are submitted after February 25th, unless it is due to an emergency situation such as weather related road closures.
